How to make raw fish. Cook island week.

Kia orana! This week we have been learning about cook island. As you probably already know we made some special type of fish called raw fish. Raw fish is this strange looking cook island meal. To make raw fish you will need.             



                                                         1: Cut fish into cubed pieces.

                                                         2:  Sprinkle with salt then lemon juice.
 
   3:   Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight or until fish whitens, stirring occasionally.
                                                            
                                                         4: Put in onion, coconut cream, tomatoes and cucumber, and garnish with 1/2 lemon slices.

                                                       5:  Serve chilled.
